No, Knoc is not a brokerage. While other "low-commission" or "cashback" brokerages use in-house realtors to service all of Ontario or Canada, Knoc partners up with trusted, local realtors so that you don't sacrifice quality while saving on commission.
We are passionate about real estate and grew our network with trusted realtors in different regions. We have even personally purchased properties with some of them!
Don't worry! If you don't like your match, we will find another local trusted realtor who matches your needs. You have the full control over which realtor you decide to work with.
At least for now, we work as a referrals business. We receive a small fee from realtors for our service. We are excited to see other ways our business will grow!
When you're ready to work with a realtor, Knoc will collaborate with you and the realtor to ensure all legal obligations regarding the cashback or reduced commissions are accurately outlined in the Representation Agreement.
